HYGIENE
All tattoo and piercing needles are brand new, autoclave or Ethylene Oxide Gas sterilized and disposed of in Board of Health approved sharps containers. All non-disposable hardware is scrubbed, cleaned ultrasonically and autoclave sterilized. Autoclave bags are marked with a 30 day expiration date. All work surfaces are cleaned with a medical grade disinfectant before and after each client, and barriers protect the work area. All spray bottles, machines and clipcords are bagged for each customer. We wash our hands before and after every tattoo as well as during breaks. All pigments and ointments are single use. We are inspected at least yearly by the Broward County Health Department and as per Florida law, have an MD inspect and approve our shops. We ask that when you come in to get work done that you are showered and clean, well rested and sober. If you have any allergies to foods, dyes or medication, please state so on your release forms. We also ask that if you are pregnant, have active skin rashes on the area to be worked on, or if you are physically sick you refrain from being tattooed until your affliction is taken care of. |
